General

  • I have the right to refuse the commission

  • I start drawing on an A4-sized canvas, at 300 dpi, and I may crop the image to size.

  • By comissioning you confirm to have read & agreed to TOS

  • I will provide WiPs at major points of the process, and I require the client's approval in order to continue

  • I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in projects

  • Credits to me (© glorioustoad; the artist) or a link tracing back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased

Payment

  • Full payment upfront to start working on your commission

  • I have the rights to cancel and initiate 100% refund for the commission at any time

  • Additional characters (on the same piece) cost an additional 50-100 % of the price of the commission

  • Detailed background will cost additional 2-5$. Free background will be simplistic/ color fill

  • Any revisions after sketch and line stage will be charged extra for

  • CLIENT REFUNDS

  • ◇ If I haven't started your comm, you will get a 100% refund

  • ◇ If I'm on the sketch, you will get a 60% refund

  • ◇ If I'm on the lineart, you will get a 40% refund

  • ◇ If I'm shading, you will get a 20% refund

Commercial

  • The price for commercial usage is double (2x) of the regular price

  • Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner and is forbidden othervise

  • COMMERCIAL USAGE INCLUDES:

  • ◇ Product : Making merchandise of the commissioned work for sale or profit

  • ◇ Promotional : Usage of the commissioned piece as assets for streaming, or donation supported sites, such YouTube, Patreon, etc

  • ◇ Reselling the commissioned piece

Deadlines

The comission is to be finished from 1-3 months AFTER being in work. The order in which comissions are received IS NOT first come first serve

Client rights

  • Client has the right for free revisions at the sketch stage and for mild revisions at the line stage

  • Client is allowed to modify the artwork after paying the stated price

  • Client may wish for their comission to be private only; they must request from the start deal for it to be made so

  • Client may use the artwork for banners, profile pictures and such on social media
